How on earth shall we stop that behaviour!
They keep running out of the meeting to join other meetings, and when they come back, they discuss the other meetings. We need to get our things done in this meeting. Three hundred colleagues have come together to find the best strategy, we booked a group of five facilitators, we are in smaller working groups, everything was planned all right, good agenda, good tasks, good organisation, really nothing to complain, and they keep running out of the meeting to join other meetings, and when they come back they discuss the other meetings. What do they think they are doing? We are Germans, we would normally say: Hey, sorry, but you cannot do that
